WOD Monday 23rd September

NEWS & UPDATES: The Spring into Summer Challenge will begin next week. This is open to ALL in the gym and is not just about focusing on weight-loss. If you wish to get stronger, increase your muscles mass or lose weight this challenge will be great for many of you! We will be posting information regarding the structure, nutrition resources, DEXA scan information and much more throughout the week on the Health Challenge section of our website. We encourage you all to start thinking and writing down your goals – make them SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and set time frames.

At this stage the challenge will run from October 1st to November 8th and will encourage you all to adopt a healthier lifestyle, commit to training, be accountable for your goals/lifestyle depending on your goals and hopefully help you achieve the results YOU want from YOUR training.

Make sure you warm-up efficiently for the Backsquat, ideally you will spend 20mins on BS, 15mins on Press and 15-20mins on Deadlift.
