RXD+ TRAINING RETURNS
Today marks the return of RXD+, this is our complimentary programmed EXTRAS that fit in with the weekly programming. It is directed slightly more at those who wish to compete, but definitely has elements that can be done by anyone who finds themselves with a spare morning or afternoon and wants some extra training.
We have programmed RXD+ to be done as an ADDITIONAL element of training for the day and we definitely encourage you to make sure you are hitting the daily wods regularly and consistently before you start to implement RXD+ into your weekly routine.
We are excited to bring these changes back and help you achieve your fitness goals for 2019!

TUESDAY 5TH RXD+
- Work to heavy 3 backsquat
- Work to heavy 3 deadlift
- 8 sets of: E2MOM 300m Row
Ideally this will be done BEFORE the programmed WOD.
TIMETABLE UPDATES
For one week there will be a slightly different timetable at CrossFit Desire. This will take effect Thursday 11th – Thursday 18th October. Please note in particular the orange and red changes!

When to eat?
Good nutrition forms a solid foundation of the CrossFit method – but equally important is WHEN to eat. Recently we have been working with a group of our members and learning more about nutrition, eating well and how to work your food around training times. We thought to share this information as many of them have found it to be valuable in improving their recovery and performance.
